Puppy Adoption Application & Waitlist Information

*Our waitlists go by size! When applying for a puppy, please keep in mind that there may be different wait times for different waitlists. On average it is a  2-4 month wait for tiny, mini, and medium Bernedoodles. This timeframe is not a guarantee!  

*It can be up to a 2 year (24 month) wait from time of waitlist acceptance to the birth of your puppy. On average, it is a 2-4 month wait depending on what waitlist you are applying for. Wait times can not be guaranteed so we please ask that you remain patient with us, as we are just as excited to meet your puppy as you are! Ultimately, we do not control the amount of puppies born or if our momma dogs get pregnant or not, which are the major factors in how quickly the lists move. If 24 months have passed without you receiving a puppy (not due to changing waitlists, or choosing to pass on a puppy), you are entitled to a full refund of your holding fee.
If you passed on a puppy/switched waitlists previously then you will be entitled to a partial refund of your holding fee, which is dependent on how often changes were made to your reservation.

*You aren't stuck to one waitlist! If you decide that you would rather join a different waitlist, you are more than able to. Your position on the previous waitlist will be held for 30 days in the event you change your mind, however once those 30 days have passed you will be fully committed to your newly chosen list.
                         
*Holding fees are non-refundable and non-negotiable. The holding/commitment fee to a adopt a puppy is $500.00 CAD. This fee ensures your commitment to your future puppy, and holds your position on your chosen waitlist. This fee is non-refundable, regardless of reason. We put a lot of time and effort into establishing our waitlists as well as client communication via phone calls, answering emails/messages/DMs etc, which is why we require a deposit in order to hold your spot. This fee will go towards the final price of your puppy.

*Breeder has first pick of any litter. While it may not be often, there will be puppies that I decide to keep back for my program, as they have demonstrated the outstanding qualities I am looking for in a Silver Lining Doodle! I will take no more than 2 puppies from one litter, which will be communicated to you at the time of puppy picks at 5 weeks.

*We cannot guarantee coat colour/pattern/type. If you are looking for a specific puppy (eg. Mini Merle-Tri Male w/ a curly coat) and it is not available by the time it's your turn to select your pup, you have the option to choose to pass. If you decide to pass on a puppy, you will be moved to the top of the waitlist to choose for the next available litter. We do not guarantee for allergies, size, or coat colour/pattern/type, but we are more than willing to help you find the best suited puppy for your needs and family!
